• ALL class fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • FULL payment of the term fee must be paid in advance at the time of enrolment. The Pro-rata of the total fee is only calculated for NEW students who enrol with MK Creative Arts after Week 1 of the school term.
  • NO refunds are given for missed classes for any reason.
  • Only 1 makeup class per term will be allowed and shall be taken within the same term based on the availability
  • No make-up class will be provided if notification of absence is not received at least FOUR hours prior to the beginning of class. This policy also applies to scheduled make-up classes.
  • In an emergency the parent shall be informed to pick up the child.
  • Students should be dropped off/pickup within 5 minutes of starting and finishing times.
  • If you choose to cancel the service, we shall require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notification in writing.
  • In case of disturbing or destructive behavior of the child, we will reserve the right to withdraw the child from the class, for the safety of the child and enjoyment of other children in the class.
  • Course fees are non-refundable unless the batch is full or has been canceled by MK Creative Arts.
  • Creative kids voucher once redeemed can’t be refunded.
  • The processing times for the NSW Creative Kids Voucher is between 2-7 business days.
  • Pick up of the Art Kit is Free with a prior appointment only.
  • The Surcharge when paying with a credit card is not refundable.
  • Combine the Creative Kits together and just pay for 1 flat shipping charge.
  • Current delivery times are between 3-7 business days due to the current lockdown because of the pandemic.
  • The processing time for the orders/kits is between 2-10 business days.
  • Due to the holiday season the processing time for the vouchers/orders after 20th Dec is up to 4 weeks.
  • The Step by Step tutorials will be sent out within 2-3 weeks after the kits have been picked up or shipped.
  • The Live Zoom Classes dates and times shall be sent out within 2-3 weeks after the kits have been picked up or shipped.
  • It is the responsibility of the parents to have appropriate access to the internet to access the live classes and complete the class. MK Creative Arts take no responsibility for the missed live classes due to technical issue. No alternative classes shall be provided unless agreed upon by MK Creative Arts beforehand.
  • We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Amex. A surcharge of 2.00% will be applied to your total transaction amount.
