When paying using the Creative Kids Voucher issued by service NSW , we are unable to refund the voucher/amount as it is not transferable and not refundable once claimed by MK Creative Arts.
The total time taken to process the order may take up to 3 weeks. If there is any further delay due to the product availability, then it would be notified to the customer’s via email.
There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased online, you can either return the item(s) via post to our in-store location within 7 days.
Original postage costs will not be reimbursed, nor will return postage costs, unless the item(s) are faulty. In this instance, please send email to info@mkcreativearts.com.au by sending an email and we will endeavour to assist you.
Items cannot be refunded for change of mind, except where the item is faulty or defective.
If you wish to exchange your item, you can exchange it for the same or different product (if the stock is still available).
RETURNS POLICY CONDITIONS
At MK Creative Arts we want to ensure you love the items you purchase. Please choose carefully as there are no refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
We do not provide refunds for the products back to your credit card
- You return the item within 7 days (inclusive) from the date of delivery
- You produce your original invoice (receipt) when you return the item
- The item is in original saleable condition with all the original tags and labels and unopened and untampered.
- The Surcharge when paying with a credit card is not refundable.
If you are not able to comply with these requirements, MK Creative Arts reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items.
